Think about what it is you want to say. As humans we have infinite stories to tell, but what is the one that you need to tell in order to heal?
That is the first step.
a) what is your story?
b) how do you want to tell it? Is it a text, letter, email or other?
Remember, anonymity is key for both writer and recipient. Write what you need to get off your chest in a way that does no harm.
This is a good time to read our T&Cs and our Community Guidelines.
Whenever you're ready, submit your piece to our website.
This is your time to relax and heal.
Meanwhile we'll be busy collecting your stories into an anthology with some of the proceeds going to charity.

Choose your story. What do you most need to get off your chest? Who does this need to be said to and why? How would you send it (letter/email/message etc.)?
Remember to keep your story anonymous. No names and try to avoid specific landmarks. This site is about allowing you to process your emotions and heal, no naming and shaming please.
DRAFT YOUR STORY
Ensure it is in your own words. You do not have to be Shakespeare in order to write it out.
Worried about spelling and grammar? You can tick the box asking our editor to look over it, but don't worry, we will never change your story.

CHECK FOR ANONYMITY
Check that you've made your story anonymous for all those involved. Do not name anyone personally and try to avoid specific landmarks to safeguard your anonymity.
